It has been a while since I've posted here. Been a bit overwhelmed and distracted by what is and is not happening due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
I have been drawn to green a lot these days, unsurprisingly to green spaces to make the best of my walk a day, but also to wearing green.
The positive psychological attributes of green helps support a sense of balance, to help harmony, restoration and reassurance. Paler green are more restful, so overall the green hues are helping me feel a bit less anxious.
