In praise of Blue!

In these anxious times of Covid applying the positive psychological attributes of blue can support us mentally - to help with logic, serenity and clarity of thought.

Think about blue seas and skies and how they make us feel...

Paler blues are more associated with calmness and reflection. If unsure what is a good blue for you, you cannot go far wrong with a pale turquoise - or simply go for the hue you are most drawn to!
